Product Description

Rice, like grapes, is an agricultural product, and quality is dictated by numerous environmental factors. As with grapes, the rice crop varies from year to year, so this event is your chance to get a firsthand impression of the current production.

Our Sake Fest will be set up in the traditional Fest manner, with 9 producer’s sake poured by representatives – including many brewers and assistant brewers. The brewers will be on hand to pour and answer questions about their sake.
