This class was previously named Absolute Beginning Wine Appreciation, but that title limited the participants to people who knew that they didn’t know the basics of wine. Truth be told, there is a lot of fundamental information about wine that most people have just skipped over in order to get to the drinking part! So whether an absolute beginner or hardened vet, this class will teach you something you didn’t know or at least were not sure of in the complex, wonderful world of wine.

Participants will taste NINE great wines that illustrate the information presented. The most heard comments after this class are usually along the lines of “I’ve been drinking wine for 15 years, going tasting in Santa Barbara and Napa, etc, and I learned more about wine in the first 20 minutes of this class than I did in all that time!”
