Last year we brought you our first Yalumba Wine Dinner with Jane Ferrari. Jane is unquestionably one of the great wine storytellers on the planet. We had so much fun eating great food, tasting amazing wine, and hearing great stories about Australia, the Barossa, and Yalumba Winery that we decided to do it again. This time, we are honored to be chosen as the site for the Los Angeles premiere of Yalumba’s inaugural wine release of The Caley, a wine 170 years in the making! The Caley is destined to be memorialized as one of the great iconic wines of Australia. 2012 The Caley is a blend of the finest Coonawarra Cabernet and Ancient Vine Barossa Shiraz and has received 98 points from James Halliday. Taste it here first!

Join us on Thursday May 25, for our Yalumba Wine Dinner Part II for a spectacular 4-course dinner created by Executive Chef Maiki Le paired with the critically acclaimed wines of Yalumba, including the Los Angeles premiere of The Caley.

James Halliday awarded The Caley 98 points, writing: “Bright, deep crimson-purple; the bouquet instantly semaphores a glorious profusion of cassis, blackberry and black cherry fruits, flavours which are precisely mirrored by the palate. But it’s the way this beautiful wine caresses the mouth that is so special, the tannins polished, the oak judged to perfection.”
